DELIVERY & RETURNS
We offer Next Day UK Delivery on all orders. If ordering before 1pm we aim to ship the item on the same day. Working days are between Monday-Friday.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® which means we can offer timed delivery by 1pm next day with inclusive tracking and signature on delivery. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
Delivery times are estimated and can vary depending on external factors such as weather and other courier issues. Rural and UK non-mainland locations may experience slight delays in delivery due to location. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be posted on the next available working day.
EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We now offer International delivery on all orders. For maximum safety all orders are sent Tracked & Signed, a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.
All our tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe (£10) within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 (£20) working days.
In certain circumstances, we may use other couriers to deliver your parcel. If this is the case, we will notify you of the courier to be used and the estimated shipping time.
Please note the recipient will be responsible for all import duties - as any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country as non-EU customers receive a 20% VAT discount. Customs charges vary dependant on the import country, please contact your local customs office for advice on fees.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and individually check each item before it is sent out. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase however in the event that you wish to make a return, we have a simple procedure.
Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received the goods. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period and notify via the email. If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within this 14 day period, you have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.
We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn saleable condition with all original tags attached. To return goods simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Returns must be sent by a recorded delivery service i.e. a signature is needed on delivery, please keep proof of this postage.
